About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Spire Law Pty Ltd as a full-time Reception and Administration Support. Based in our Beerwah, QLD office, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our busy practice, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the team.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner
* Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence, and responding promptly and effectively
* Providing general administrative support, including data entry, file management, photocopying and scanning
* Assisting with the organisation and coordination of meetings, appointments and events
* Maintaining office supplies and ordering stationery as needed
* Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a reception or administrative support role, ideally within a professional services environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a warm and professional manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A friendly, proactive and customer-focused approach
* The ability to work well in a team and independently
