Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
Event Cleaning & Waste Staff
Sorting and moving waste
Sweeping, mopping, toilet cleaning and restocking
Assisting patrons with enquiries
Cleaning tables and high-touch areas
Maintaining cleaning logs and using COVID disinfectants responsibly
Bar Staff
Pouring and serving beverages
Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
Maintaining bar cleanliness and stock levels
Checking ID and RSA compliance
Wait Staff
Taking orders and serving food/drinks
Clearing tables and resetting for new guests
Providing friendly customer service
Assisting with event setup and pack-down
Kitchen Hands
Basic food prep and plating
Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen areas
Assisting chefs and cooks as needed
Stocking and organising supplies
Your Profile
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Robust communication and customer service skills
RSA certification (for bar roles)
Hospitality experience preferred (for bar, wait, and kitchen roles)
