Our State Equipment Manager (QLD & NSW)
Assists the team to implement business strategies, systems and processes that enable the delivery of superior service standards, innovation and a continuous improvement culture.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Grow the equipment business, improving market share and profitability
* Provide leadership and support to the Equipment team
* Influence the GPC network to deliver an outstanding customer experience and generate leads
* Maintain and enforce a safety first work environment
* Develop the equipment business into a combined generalist and specialist function, building the profile of the team while supporting the Store Network.
* Drive and increase sales
* Develop and enhance the professional development of the team
* Participate in trade shows in metro and regional areas and travel as required
The Successful Individual Will
* Be strategically‐minded and business outcome focussed
* Be a passionate leader with a customer excellence outlook
* Have leadership experience of a commercial sales team at a state or national level
* Demonstrate change agent qualities
* Show a positive demeanour with an open communication style
* Hold a valid driver's licence
* Relevant industry experience
