IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled IT support specialist to join our team. As an IT support specialist, you will provide first-line level 2 & 3 technical support via phone, email or remote access to our Australia and New Zealand businesses.
* Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues on Windows servers/desktops/laptops, Azure, Backups, Office 365, mobile phones and other key business applications within agreed SLA's
* Configure and maintain Servers/VMware and networking devices as required
* Liaise with global resolver groups to manage and maintain communication with users
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant working experience
* Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a Service Desk or IT Support environment
* 1-2 years' System admin & infrastructure support - troubleshooting on servers/network etc
* Proven analytical skills using a methodical approach to problem solving
* Excellent customer service ethic with written and verbal communication skills
