The Company
Our client currently operates multiple accommodation and food and beverage operations and are in their expansion phase. With a passion for building exceptional teams and an empowering culture, our client offers an autonomous multi-department role with a supportive team of industry experts. Answering to and working alongside The CEO, this is a Senior Leadership position for an exceptional hospitality operator.
The Venue
Located in Port Hedland this busy establishment offers in excess of 250 accommodation rooms, food and beverage facilities and a variety of facilities. With a strong and dedicated team this opportunity provides a passionate leader the ability to take this business to the next level with a creative approach and a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
The Right Candidate
You have extensive hospitality experience in similar high turnover venues that are multifaceted and the ability to multitask across various departments. Known for your ability to build strong customer, client and team relationships, your high energy personality will serve you well. Experience overseeing food and beverage operations, accommodation, housekeeping and maintenance departments will set you apart.

- Exceptional salary of up to $150k + super + 20% bonus structure + accommodation + all meals!
