As we scale globally, we’re looking for a visionary General Manager of Merchandise to join our senior leadership team and take ownership of the strategic and commercial performance of our entire product division.
This is a high-impact, end-to-end leadership role. You’ll sit at the intersection of creative vision and commercial reality, responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our product from the initial spark of design to the moment it reaches our community across the globe.
The Mission
You’ll lead our Design, Product Development, Supply Chain and Merchandise teams to deliver world-class products that align with our brand values. You’ll sit at the intersection of creative vision and commercial reality making sure our range is innovative, profitable and always one step ahead of the curve.
This is a people‑first role reporting to the CEO. You’ll build capability at scale, strengthen cross‑functional alignment across Brand, Digital, Retail, Community and Finance, and bring clarity, structure and rhythm to a talented, fast‑growing team.

What You’ll Bring
* The Experience: Senior leadership experience at GM or Head of Merchandise level within global apparel, activewear or fitness brands.
* The Strategy: A proven track record of managing $200M+ portfolios and driving aggressive growth.
* The Culture: You live the “1% Better Every Day” mindset. You are a leader who empowers teams rather than micromanaging them.
* The Skill: You find the “magic” in the data. You understand how to use analytics to forecast trends without losing the creative soul of the brand.
* The Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of retail math, margin, OTB, inventory health and forecasting, with confidence owning revenue and profitability outcomes.
* The Product Depth: End‑to‑end expertise across design, product development, merchandising, creative direction and production, with a strong eye for technical excellence.
* The Mindset: Passionate about functional fitness, community‑led product, and delivering apparel that inspires, performs and connects.
