About the Role
Assist in conducting occupational health screening assessments, including physical functional assessments, drug & alcohol screening, spirometry & audiometry testing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage enquiries and resolve issues from employees, clients, and healthcare practices regarding administrative matters.
* Liaise and maintain relationships with clients, managers, employees/candidates, practice managers, medical, and allied healthcare professionals.
* Order and maintain health equipment and supplies.
* Manage Doctor booking schedules.
* Perform administrative duties related to tracking and collating candidate medical reports, vaccination history, and assessment.
About You
We are seeking a self-motivated and confident individual who can support the delivery of Injurynet's workplace medical onsite service programs for our clients.
This role is based in our Onsite Clinic in Glen Iris, Victoria. Free local parking and public transport are readily available.
Requirements:

* A strong communicator, both verbally and written.
* A multi-tasker, with great time management skills, able to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible.
* A team player who can also work autonomously.
* Experience in working in a health-related field with direct patient/customer contact or hold an Allied Health Certificate highly regarded.
* Hold a current Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one.
