Candidates must be Australian citizens to be eligible for this position.

We are seeking a high-performance Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations, drive continuous improvement, support our customers and team, and help scale the business into its next phase of growth to franchise.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of operations management experience.

This role blends luxury hospitality, operational excellence, hands-on fleet coordination, customer experience, systems management, and leadership.

As Operations Manager, you will:

* Run daily operations end-to-end, ensuring smooth handovers, vehicle readiness, customer communication, and flawless execution.
* Perform vehicle handovers when needed, including driving and positioning luxury and supercar vehicles.
* Must hold a full driving licence to perform vehicle handovers.
* Build and improve operational systems, SOPs, workflows and automation Ideas for systems team to integrate in (GoHighLevel,, AI tools, etc.).
* Requires systems administration experience for managing operational systems and process improvements.
* Drive a Kaizen culture 1% improvements, always raising quality, speed, and ease.

Coach and coordinate the team (handover staff, admin, contractors, suppliers and more).
- Lift operational and financial performance through data-driven execution, KPIs, and accuracy.
- Resolve issues quickly and calmly, ensuring a luxury hospitality experience at all times.

Work closely with ownership, eventually overseeing the full business and reporting monthly to the board.


What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)

* Customer satisfaction, experience, and retention measurably improve.
* Handover, fleet, admin, and customer processes become faster, clearer, and more consistent.
* Waste and operational friction reduced through lean/Kaizen improvements.
* Damage, compliance, and documentation accuracy
* Fleet Management for vehicle cleanliness & checklist execution becomes flawless.
* Team accountability increases, with KRAs in place and consistently met.
* Owner involvement decreases, with you autonomously running day-to-day operations.
* Monthly board reports show operational performance, KPIs, improvements, and request resource requirements for the next phase of growth.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily operations, scheduling, fleet availability, and team coordination.
* Oversee contracts, licences, supplier communication, towing coordination, fleet damage workflow, and customer support.
* Manage boards, basic automations, SOPs, checklists, and internal workflows.
* Improve systems and processes weekly — Kaizen as a company lifestyle.
* Build a high-performance, hospitality-driven culture.
* Execute handovers confidently and professionally as needed.
* Ensure every vehicle meets luxury standards (clean, photographed, fuelled, documented).
* Handle escalations calmly and provide premium communication.

Lead weekly and monthly operations reviews; present monthly reports to ownership.
