Finance Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a strong background in finance and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.
* This role will be responsible for assisting the Independent Board Member (Finance) and the Operations Manager on all matters financial of the Port Lincoln Football League, ensuring timely receipt and issue of receipts for all League monies, and maintaining up-to-date financial records.
* The successful candidate will also be responsible for producing reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash-flow budgets as required.
In addition, the Finance Manager will be responsible for preparing financial reports and statements of receipts and payments for audit and approval at the Annual General Meeting, arranging payment for umpires, gatekeepers, bar, and canteen staff, and controlling finances and expenditure of the League's Hospitality Bar.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* A working knowledge and appreciation of the Port Lincoln Football League constitution, structures, and philosophies.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team situation.
* Proficiency in using computer programs to document and collate financial matters of the league.
* Working with Children accreditation.
