Mental Health Clinician Role
We are seeking an experienced clinician to join a dynamic team in regional Victoria, supporting children and young people with mental health concerns.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments for youth presenting with mental health issues.
* Triage referrals and determine pathways for care, ensuring timely interventions.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community services to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
* Provide brief interventions and crisis support as needed, prioritizing patient safety.
