They are an extremely friendly team which consists of 50 office staff and around 200 factory workers. The Role
As the Customer Service and Sales Support Representative you will work within a team that consists of the Customer Service Manager and 5 other Customer Service and Sales Support Representatives. You will be reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.
In your role you will be responsible for:
* Assisting Strategic Clients and Sales Staff for their assigned clients and/or projects.
* First point of call between Sales, the Client and internal production operations.
* Assisting clients with sales queries in the absence of sales representatives.
* Processing Sales Orders and Shipping Requests through their MRP system.
* Initiating, tracking, organizing, prioritizing and monitoring multiple projects from start to finish.
* Tracking the status of jobs so client questions can be readily answered.
* Utilising your understanding of product/project specifications to compare incoming work with their estimate specifications and be able to assess when some require re-estimation.
* Gathering input, evaluating and making recommendations concerning cost, production schedule, etc. based on client needs.
* Monitoring and adjusting client finished goods inventory levels and preparing accurate monthly finished goods inventory reports.
* Preparing quotations and presenting appropriate quotes for clients both internal and external as required.
What you need
* Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel and knowledge of basic formulas.
* Experience developing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong time management skills.
* Strong organisational and planning skills.
* Excellent teamwork skills.
* Ability to multitask and work within a fast-paced environment.

Paying $30-$35ph dependant on experience as per clerical award
