Who are you? 
In this role you will be working in an outbound call centre environment promoting a free health and welling being program to eligible members nationally. 
Customer service experience in a sales environment 
Contact Centre/Phone based experience (Prefered not essential) 
Passion for results and a KPI driven setting 
Excellent people and communication skills with resilience 
Problem solving skills with a high attention to detail 
Be available between 8am - 8pm on a random or fixed shift basis (0.6 FTE Available) 
Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft programs 
Persistence and objection handling skills 
Medical/clincial administartion experience (Desired)
