Medical Administrative Assistant Job
This is a permanent full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a busy environment, providing administrative support and assistance to patients and their families upon arrival at our consulting suites.
* Key Responsibilities:
* - Ensure clients have a positive experience with our practice from their first contact. This includes warmly greeting clients, efficiently handling inquiries, and providing necessary information with professionalism and courtesy.
* - Handle patient appointments, maintain accurate records, and process accounts. You will play a critical role in managing the scheduling system, ensuring seamless coordination of appointments.
* - Maintain organised records and process accounts efficiently, contributing to the smooth operation of the suites.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* - An enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and a willingness to work in a team environment.
* - Strong communication, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
* - Computer literacy including the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
* - Experience in a medical administration setting or reception role is ideal.
* - Experience with Patient Management Systems is highly desired.
