We are a small family Commercial fit out company seeking a Commercial carpenter / Plasterer to join our friendly team, work is all over Melbourne but mainly South East and Geelong area.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial carpentry and plastering work.
Office, schools, shopping centres and some government works is predominately our mainstream of work, however we do a range of other projects.
The Role
Looking for a enthusiastic person with a good work attitude, should be hardworking, reliable, positive and a team player with good organisational skills.
Experience in the below is preferred
Ability to read plans
Aluminium and plaster partitions
Metal and timber studs
Installation of plasterboard
Timber doors
Suspended ceilings
Framing set outs
Requirements
Successful applicant will need
Must have ABN
Must have most tools
Preferred own insurances
White card
Good communication skills
Proven experience
Strong attention to detail and physical stamina
Valid driver's licence and vehicle
Working with children's check or ability to get one
Must be able to work in a team environment
Always follow safety protocols and regulations
Must be available for daily travel to project sites across Melbourne and Geelong regions
