Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Draftsperson/Designer to work across single and double storey projects, including new‐build estates and challenging infill sites for both retail and investor clients. You will be part of a small, collaborative team, working closely with engineers, local councils and the broader business to deliver high‐quality outcomes.
About You
* Previous experience as a residential draftsperson with a WA builder is essential
* Excellent attention to detail with a solutions‐focused mindset
* Previous exposure to Design
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Solid knowledge of local building codes and standards
