About the Role
This full-time position offers a unique chance to work with a leading organization, providing essential services to rural communities. The role involves various responsibilities, including:
* Aeromedical retrievals: transporting patients requiring urgent medical attention
* Telemedicine: delivering medical consultations via digital platforms
* Flying medical clinics: providing on-site healthcare services to remote communities
* Indigenous health: addressing the specific healthcare needs of Indigenous populations
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Registration or eligibility for registration with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner
* A minimum of five years of postgraduate experience in emergency medicine, anaesthesia, and acute paediatrics
* Significant experience in managing critically ill and injured patients independently
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
