Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance activities of apartments, common areas and building exterior.
You will need to have the ability to perform a broad range of general services, including plumbing, light bulb changes, painting, plastering and carpentry. Ideal candidates will have experience performing tradesman assistance tasks and actively demonstrate a positive attitude.
