Medical Receptionist Job Description
This role involves managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner. You will be responsible for front of house reception, greeting patients upon arrival, scheduling appointments for patients and referrers, issuing patient invoices/receipts and processing Medicare rebates as required. Additionally, you will enter and update patient registration details, ensuring the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times.
