Description
The Internal Sales Support is responsible for:
* Providing administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
* Coordinate and process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
* Maintain and update customer records and sales data in internal systems.
* Communicate with clients to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
* Support the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
* Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the supply chain team to manage stock requirements.
* Assist in the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
Profile
A successful Internal Sales Support should have:
* Previous experience in a internal sales support or administrative role, ideally within the Retail industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Offer
