Our client seeks an experienced permanent Financial Administrator to join their team.
Key responsibilities:
- Day-to-day transactional financial management and preparation of monthly management accounts
- Budget management
- Cash Flow forecasting for projects
- WIP Reporting & management
- Reconciling accounts
- Following up of invoices/receipts for payments
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Comply with legislative and taxation requirements
- Month End Processes to the chart of accounts
- Maintain accurate reporting across the inventory, project management, cash flow forecasting software & Xero.
- Update the WIP report at the end of each month & send to the accountants
Competencies Required:
- Comprehensive understanding of financial administration and accounting principles
- Good time management skills
- Financial Administration Certification
