Training and Development Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Training and Development Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to staff across the production floor, cold store, and other areas as required.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with all levels of staff and adapt training methods accordingly. They will also possess strong knowledge of occupational health and safety and food safety practices.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Developing and maintaining training materials, procedures, and records;
* Ensuring all staff comply with workplace health & safety and food safety standards;
* Assessing employee competency and providing ongoing support to improve skills;
* Collaborating with management to identify training needs and opportunities.
