We specialise in the production and export of premium Australian fruit and wine to markets around the world. As our business evolves, we're seeking a fluent Mandarin-speaking Key Account Management (KAM) Specialist to join our passionate team at our head office in Gosford, NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with account management and marketing experience who is ready to step into a dynamic and growing industry. The successful candidate must reside on the Central Coast or be willing to relocate to the region to work closely with our on-site team.


About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, this position supports key accounts, sales and marketing across domestic and international markets, particularly the China market. It's a hands‑on role that blends sales, creativity, coordination, and commercial awareness.


Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary contact for key clients, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely communication on product and packaging updates.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, enhance partnerships, and support market growth.
* Understand client goals and align strategies to deliver tailored solutions that meet commercial objectives.
* Monitor account performance and prepare reports for clients, growers, and senior leadership to ensure expectations and budgets are met.
* Identify opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and renewals in collaboration with sales and growers.
* Collaborate across internal teams (sales, marketing, growers, and leadership) to design and execute account strategies and marketing plans.
* Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge, including pricing, promotions, and trends, to support effective positioning and marketing initiatives.
* Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns, including events, trade shows, and in‑market initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and budget compliance.
* Oversee marketing material development and product sampling, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with company values, safety standards, and risk management practices within your area of responsibility.


About You

You are a driven and collaborative individual with strong marketing foundations and a global outlook.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
* 2 – 4 years' of hands‑on experience in account management, sales, or marketing preferably within a B2B sector.
* A degree or qualification in Sales, Marketing, Communications or a related field
* A customer‑centric approach including effective communication, influencing skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams and customers both nationally and internationally
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* A growth mindset with an enthusiasm for continuous learning and upskilling
* A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for delivering high‑quality work
* Willingness to work from our Gosford office and either live on the Central Coast or relocate
* The flexibility to travel regularly, including frequent visits to regional Victoria and South Australia, occasional international trips, and early morning appointments at the Sydney Fresh Fruit Markets.
