Working as a member of a small team of application specialists and support coordinators, play a key role in supporting the provision of our applications' administration, support, and maintenance services to ensure the ongoing stability and security of Homes Tasmania's applications, tools and technologies and our operating environment.An exciting role which collaborates with Homes Tasmania's business units, external stakeholders, vendors/suppliers to support compliance, agreed standards and service levels are monitored and reported whilst helping to ensure that Homes Tasmania's digital operating environment is fit for purposeSkills and experience :Selection criteria includes:Demonstrated experience in the management, administration and monitoring of applications including support services.Understanding, or ability to acquire, of Tasmanian Government digital strategies, policies, and guidelines and how they relate to Homes Tasmania.Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills to analyse complex information and technology-related issues, with the ability to identify reasonable options for action and make recommendations.Note : - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for ALL the selection criteria of this position.Working towards or successful completion of qualifications, and/or experience relevant to the role such as -Recent industry experience in the delivery of applications administration services.Proven experience with Atlassian products, including Confluence and Jira Service Management.2.
