Assistant to busy Director of multi-disciplined Forensic Property Valuation, Property Sales & Marketing, Residential Development/Syndication and Aged Care Consultancy businesses.
We are looking for someone self-motivated who takes pride in their work and will contribute to driving the business forward. The position may transition from Contract to Full-Time and/or Partnership opportunity for the right candidate.
The responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
* Sales and data research. Report drafting and property inspections.
* Ad hoc administrative work as required - this can be anything from financial spreadsheets to marketing needs
* Property Management.

* Familiarity with Cortality, REX CRM software would be advantageous
* Accounting or bookkeeping skills will be highly regarded.
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
Although you will be trained in the aspects of the business activities we require assistance in, prior experience in a Real Estate Agency, Property Valuation or Development Firm, Conveyancing Office or Retirement Village would also be an advantage. Applicants must have completed or be currently completing a degree prerequisite to AAPI (CPV) status to be eligible.
