What is the role?
Based in our Toowoomba office, we are looking to engage a Customer Support Technician to join our Customer Support team. You'll be responsible for providing high level technical support to customers requiring technical information by phone, email and in person.
What will you be doing?
* Providing a high level of support to all customers, interaction teams and the wider team including:-
* Providing phone/email support and warranty claims review and reporting
* Attending meetings including assistance where required with planning, documents, resources and issue resolution
* Obtaining and collating information to assist the customer and interacting teams to easily access current information which will improve our customer experience
* Providing regular and consistent focus on various technical and administrative tasks including but not limited to:
* Completing weekly review and actions as required on customer concerns and cases, following resolutions to completion
* Reviewing new product Parts Requirement by Location and Safety Stock levels according to inventory stocking policy
* Establishing and maintaining technical support documentation including Kits and Parts lists.
* Managing electronic components supply and repair including maintaining repairs database
What do you bring?
We are looking for a Customer Support Technician who is well versed in the administrative process of the sales environment and dealing with a high volume of diverse product lines or looking to grow and develop within the Customer Support space. You will have excellent written and verbal communication and follow up skills with the ability to develop and manage effective stakeholder relationships with suppliers and internal customers. A keen eye for detail is pivotal to success in the role with the ability to work across CRM systems.
