Key Responsibilities:

* Create a safe and supportive environment for participants.
* Conduct comprehensive intake and risk assessments using evidence-based tools.
* Provide one-on-one support through crisis intervention and case management.
* Help clients set and achieve personal recovery goals through practical and therapeutic support.
* Collaborate with housing, justice, mental health and other services to ensure holistic care.
* Support clients as they transition out of services with dignity and purpose.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* A relevant degree with relevant experience or associate diploma with substantial experience.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in complex case management and outreach support services.
* Experience in the AOD sector is advantageous.
