About the Job:

The Parts Interpreter plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of parts and warehousing functions.


Key Responsibilities:

* Interpret customer and technician needs to provide accurate parts advice
* Sourcing and supplying the correct parts
* Supporting general warehouse duties, including stock handling, inventory control, and dispatch


Core Tasks:

* Verifying receipt of shipments and assisting with inventory placement
* Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
* Identifying back orders and shortages, reporting issues to management
* Collecting parts freight and delivery daily
* Supplying parts to service technicians
* Facilitating inter-branch stock transfers
* Managing monthly parts returns
* Assisting customers with parts enquiries


Requirements:

* A high level of initiative, organization, and time management skills
* Proficient data entry and computer skills
* Basic knowledge of parts and machinery
