The role is part time (three full days or four shorter days) with the flexibility to work from your own home office, while receiving backing from our head office and offshore support teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end portfolio management with confidence and care.
- Build strong, positive relationships with tenants and landlords.
- Stay organised and on top of inspections, maintenance and compliance.
- Work seamlessly with our NSW & QLD Property Management teams.
- Travel locally across your portfolio, with occasional Cronulla visits for training and team catch-ups.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in end-to-end portfolio management
- Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and cloud-based PM systems
- Own car to get around your portfolio
