Knowledge and Learning Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to support the ongoing implementation of the Pacific Labour Mobility Support Program's e-learning strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a phased rollout plan, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless delivery of e-learning content.
This is a fixed-term opportunity that requires working collaboratively as part of a broader team. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the development and assessment of high-quality knowledge and learning assets for PALM scheme stakeholders.
* Providing administrative support for knowledge and learning activities, including procurement, project tracking, and reporting.
* Developing and delivering visual learning content using AI and video tools.
* Coordinating clearance processes with PLMSP colleagues, DFAT, and other stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with technical systems, AI video tools, and relationship management is also essential. If you have a passion for creating engaging learning experiences and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes, we encourage you to apply.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or certification in instructional design, education, or community engagement, with experience in knowledge and learning management. They will also possess a strong ability to work independently, demonstrate sound judgment, and balance multiple tasks under pressure.
Pacific Island countries, Timor-Leste, and Australian candidates are encouraged to apply. Valid Australian or country-specific work rights are required for consideration.
