Riklan Emergency Management Services is a well-established WA-based Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in emergency response, workplace safety and high-risk training.
With increasing demand across the Goldfields, we're looking for an experienced High Risk Trainer/Assessor to join our team in a full-time, Kalgoorlie-based role.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering hands-on, real-world training and understands the importance of quality outcomes, compliance, and strong student engagement. You'll work with a variety of clients across the region, with some travel to site locations as required.
Monday to Friday – weekends free.
About the role
In this role you will:
* Deliver and assess nationally recognised training in line with RTO standards
* Provide engaging, practical and industry-focused learning experiences
* Support students through their training journey with a professional and approachable manner
* Maintain accurate training and assessment records
* Represent Riklan to a high standard when working on client sites
What you'll need
To be successful, you'll have:
* TAE40116 or TAE40122 (Certificate IV in Training & Assessment)
* WorkSafe WA High Risk Assessor Accreditation
* A current High Risk Work Licence, minimum: LF, WP, DG, RB, C0-C6
* A current C Class Driver's Licence
* Strong background in mining and/or construction environments
* Proven experience delivering and assessing courses such as:
Cranes (C0–C6), DG, RB, LF, WP, Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry, Gas Testing, Fire Extinguisher, First Aid, Low Voltage Rescue etc
