Role Overview
This position involves managing a portfolio of clients across public practice, corporate accounting and commercial finance. Key responsibilities include identifying, screening and presenting candidates for roles including Financial Controllers, Management Accountants, Tax Specialists and CFOs.
Key Responsibilities:

* Sources, screens and presents candidates for roles including Financial Controllers, Management Accountants, Tax Specialists and CFOs
* Conduct thorough interviews and technical assessments to ensure optimal candidate-client fit
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have proven agency recruitment experience within Accounting & Finance, strong business development skills with a consultative client-focused approach, excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities, high levels of integrity, professionalism and ethical practice, self-motivation, organisation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
