The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of computing accessories in the Australian market, managing channel partners, distributors, and resellers in the consumer electronics sector. This role requires strong knowledge of the consumer electronics distribution ecosystem, the ability to build long-term partner relationships, and proven experience in developing go-to-market strategies to expand brand presence and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow computing accessories business in the Australian market.
Identify new business opportunities across distributors, resellers, retail partners, and e-commerce platforms.
Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to shape business plans.
Manage and expand relationships with distributors, agents, channel partners, and key retail accounts.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and promotional activities to maximize profitability.
Support partners with marketing initiatives, product training, and sell-out programs.
Achieve or exceed sales and profit targets for the assigned market.
Monitor partner performance and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and business reports to management.
Conduct regular business reviews with major accounts and partners.
Represent the company in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities in Australia.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues promptly.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of sales experience in consumer electronics, preferably in computing accessories or related products.
Proven track record in managing distributors, partners, and retail channels.
Strong understanding of the Australian consumer electronics market landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel to Australia and other markets as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with international sales and cross-cultural business communication.
Established network within the Australian consumer electronics industry.
Knowledge of e-commerce and omni-channel retail sales strategies.
