Job DescriptionAs a Visual Merchandiser, you work at the heart of a fast-paced fashion business, creating an environment in your store that inspires customers to explore their personal style. You guide and support the store team to deliver exceptional inspiration and guidance with competitive convenience, aligned with the H&M brand direction and values. You actively drive sales in store and are responsible for ensuring the strong execution of the Commercial Handbook.Key Responsibilities:Ensure garment presentation in store aligns with the Commercial Handbook, creating exceptional inspiration and guidance with competitive convenience.Secure a high level of styling and fashion inspiration in windows and indoor displays.Collaborate with the Department Manager to maximize and drive commercial opportunities within the H&M brand guidelines.Execute visual and commercial training for all store colleagues to support garment presentation and styling, in cooperation with the Store Manager and Department Managers.Identify potential future talent for the Visual Merchandiser role for succession planning.Organize and plan your workload according to business needs and the commercial planner, ensuring safety, security, and administrative procedures are followed.QualificationsTo succeed as a Visual Merchandiser, you should be passionate about creating an inspiring environment for customers to explore their personal style. You enjoy helping and coaching the store team to deliver an exciting customer experience aligned with H&M brand guidelines, and can confidently provide constructive feedback. You have an inspiring communication style and can interact effectively with colleagues and customers.Requirements include:Up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends and styling techniques to anticipate customer needs.A customer-centric approach with proven results in creating a great visual merchandising experience.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.A commercial mindset with the ability to analyze figures and develop plans to maximize sales.Ability to delegate, follow up, and provide straightforward feedback to coach and develop your team.Excellent interpersonal skills with clear communication abilities.Additional InformationThis is a part-time role of 25 hours per week.
