We are currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst for a 6 month FTC. This person needs to be a strategic thinker with a passion for systems design and business transformation. We’re seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with hands-on Carelink expertise to lead enterprise-wide initiatives, optimise software ecosystems, and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. About the role: Enterprise Process Optimisation : Drive transformation using BPMN and other methodologies to streamline operations and scale effectively. Requirement Elicitation : Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture detailed business needs and translate them into clear technical specifications. Strategic Technical Recommendations : Propose innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, enable automation, and support long-term strategic goals. Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical concepts (e.g., APIs, cloud services) into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders. Advanced Systems Modelling : Create and maintain system models using UML, BPMN, ER diagrams, and data flow diagrams to guide development and decision-making. Gap Analysis & Risk Management : Deliver integration maps and data flow diagrams with embedded cybersecurity and risk mitigation strategies. Technical Documentation : Maintain detailed system configuration and integration documentation to support secure and scalable development. Carelink Expertise : Leverage your experience with Carelink to assess current configurations, identify optimisation opportunities, and support system enhancements. Software/SAAS Evaluation : Assess new software solutions against business requirements, challenge assumptions, and propose alternatives that maximise existing investments. Partner with software developers and application analysts to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered to spec. Support testing, implementation, and configuration of enterprise applications, including Carelink, to ensure seamless integration and adoption. Experience Required: Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in complex enterprise environments. Strong working knowledge of Carelink, including configuration, optimisation, and integration. Proficiency in modelling tools (UML, BPMN, ER diagrams) and risk management frameworks. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A strategic mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive innovation.
