An exciting opportunity has arisen at Outscape for a full-time Assistant to Managing Director (MD) & Office Support to join our dynamic team based in Keswick, SA. In this varied and rewarding role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and office support to ensure the smooth running of our busy construction business.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting the Managing Director
* Answering and managing incoming phone calls and emails
* Assisting with general administrative tasks including purchasing
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
* Supporting the team with project-related administrative work
* Ordering office supplies and helping to create a great office environment
* Supporting a high level of customer service to clients and stakeholders
* Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to ensure efficient operations
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar office support role
* Minimum 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
* Basic data entry proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Attention to detail
* A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
* Australian work rights required for this position
