What you'll be doing:
* Prospecting, listing, and selling residential and lifestyle properties
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Conducting open homes, private inspections, and negotiations
* Delivering excellent customer service with integrity and professionalism
* Managing the sales process from appraisal through to settlement
What we're looking for:
* A driven, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Current Agent's Representative Certificate (or working towards)
* A reliable car and driver's licence
* Minimum 1-2 years of real estate sales experience is required
