As a key player in our team, you will provide proficient and professional administrative support services within your department or area of operation.
The Membership Officer role is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative services, working under general guidance and within set guidelines.
* Provide timely and efficient administrative support to senior employees and volunteers.
* Assist with specific projects as directed by senior management.
* Manage financial support including processing of invoices, credit card management, and financial reconciliations.
* Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records.
* Support member enquiries, ensuring appropriate delegation, support, and guidance are provided to efficiently achieve outcomes.
* Review and contribute to established processes to ensure administrative procedures are updated to enable efficient delivery of services.
* Prepare and distribute reports as directed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a high-volume administration support role.
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency with advanced aptitude in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
