This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced full time Chef looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, high service environment. 
You will lead by example and use your prior knowledge within the hospitality industry to assist with the smooth running of the kitchen.ResponsibilitiesPlanning and costing diverse menus for the club's bistro, casual outlets, and large-scale functions.Managing daily food preparation and cooking for high-volume bistro service and large event catering.Monitoring the quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes from preparation to final service.Coordinating the daily workflow and operations of a large, multi-section kitchen to ensure efficiency during service.Demonstrating cooking techniques and training kitchen staff and apprentices on club recipes and presentation standards.Implementing and enforcing all workplace health, safety, and food hygiene regulations throughout the kitchen.Estimating food requirements, ordering supplies, and managing stock levels for all dining outlets.QualificationsMinimum 2 years' experience as a Chef.At least a Diploma degree in a related field.Strong leadership skills.A flair for classic and modern food trends.Strong experience in banquet / catering.Remain calm under pressure.What we offerChallenging and rewarding career opportunities with job security.Work / life balance.Free parking.Training and development opportunities.Rewards and recognition programs.Employee Assistance Program.Discounted food and beverages.Supportive management team.How to applyCome and join our leading hospitality group.
