Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be responsible for leading DEAL's corporate services function and providing strategic finance and governance support to the Board and Leadership Team.

• Financial management, budgeting and forecasting
• Board reporting and governance processes
• Risk, compliance and audit coordination
• Organisational systems and reporting frameworks
• Corporate planning and performance reporting
• Cashflow management and financial oversight
• Administration and corporate support functions

You'll join a fun, high‐performing and fast‐paced team that is passionate about the future of East Arnhem Land. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute across a broad range of organisational priorities while working closely with key decision‐makers.

This is not a back‐office finance role.

You'll work closely with the CEO, Board, government stakeholders and senior leaders to help guide organisational strategy and decision‐making.

You'll bring:

• Strong financial management, budgeting and reporting experience
• Sound governance, risk and compliance capability
• Confidence engaging with Boards and senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
• Commercial thinking and strong attention to detail
• A practical, hands‐on approach suited to a small, high‐performing team

Experience in not‐for‐profit, government‐funded or regional organisations will be highly regarded.

$100,000 + Superannuation
