Job Description
We are seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive sales growth and expand our Out of Home customer base through new business development and competitor hitlists.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in Field Sales, with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth.

As a Territory Business Manager, you will be responsible for achieving territory sales targets, growing the Out of Home customer base, and ensuring return on investment criteria are met for discounts and capital.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and grow the net customer base through new business leads, recorded and visited regularly.
* Maximise sales opportunities for all OOH brands within each customer.
* Achieve NPD and Core Range distribution targets.
* Implement agreed monthly targets and deliver merchandise excellence within their geographic area.
* Meet return on investment criteria for discounts and capital.
* Build and maintain strong Customer and CSR relationships.
* Participate and comply in all approved company OH&S programmes.
* Ensure all data is maintained and updated via CRM system.
