Responsibilities
Develop and execute local business strategy to optimise financial, customer, and risk outcomes.
Provide clear leadership to foster a high-performing, positive team culture.
Build strong relationships with key customers and community influencers.
Manage revenue and expenses while ensuring compliance with risk and operational standards.
Lead initiatives to reduce bad debts, manage credit risk, and improve asset quality.
Qualifications
Track record of banking experience across business, private, corporate, credit, or specialised sectors.
Proven experience managing businesses with full revenue and expense accountability.
Demonstrated leadership in high-performing teams within financial services.
Ability to develop and coach your reports to differentiate in the market.
Strong strategic thinking, sales and product knowledge.
Pursuit to lead change to prepare us for the future.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance or commerce; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
