Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits Adelaide SA, 5000 Full Time, Permanent Role About the role As the Central Sterilising Department (CSD) Manager, you will lead the delivery of safe and effective sterilisation services at the Adelaide Dental Hospital. You will manage human, financial and physical resources to support compliant and timely reprocessing of reusable medical devices (RMDs) and dental equipment used in clinical care. This role ensures all sterilisation procedures align with Australian Standards and manufacturers’ guidelines, and that local practices are consistently applied across the team. Your leadership will support the operational integrity of the service and promote best practice in infection control and equipment safety. About You To be successful in this role, you will possess strong leadership qualities and a proven background in sterilising services within a dental or medical setting. You will bring a high level of technical knowledge and practical experience in managing reprocessing operations, while ensuring adherence to safety and infection control standards. Hold an AQF Certificate III and Certificate IV in Sterilising Services. Demonstrated experience leading RMD reprocessing teams and delivering staff training. Strong understanding of Australian Standards for RMDs and infection control protocols. Skilled in monitoring key performance indicators and applying Work Health & Safety principles.
