Key Responsibilities: Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, and toileting.
Support the delivery of diversional therapy programs and contribute to resident wellbeing.
Complete routine documentation, general observations, and risk assessments.
Contribute to a safe, clean, and organised environment through equipment use and team collaboration.
What We're Looking For: Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the role
Ability to work well within a team and show initiative in daily care responsibilities
Strong communication skills with a respectful approach to residents, families, and colleagues
Understanding of confidentiality, safety, and customer service in a care setting About Us
