Key Responsibilities
* Drive client relationships as a trusted advisor, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
* Provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations, while overseeing projects to ensure timely, within-budget project completion.
* Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional development and performance.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Proven client relationship management, business development, strategic planning, and project management skills.
* Strong communication, networking, and financial management skills.
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Environmental Science, Ecology).
* Minimum of 8-10 years in a consulting or ecology role, with a track record in business development and project leadership.
