We’re seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our friendly, community‑focused firm, with a strong emphasis on family law and complementary work across wills and estates. You’ll bring maturity, confidence, and sound judgment to a role that values both your technical expertise and your ability to guide others.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing a varied family law caseload with professionalism and empathy
* Handling matters in wills, estates, and estate litigation
* Providing hands‑on mentoring and training to a junior solicitor, particularly in:
o Family law
o Wills and estates
o File strategy, management, and client communication
* Assisting with occasional overflow work in property, conveyancing, and leasing (bonus, not essential)
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 4+ years post‑admission experience (more senior applicants encouraged)
* Strong background in family law
* Additional experience in wills, estates, and estate litigation
* A supportive, collaborative approach to mentoring junior staff
* Confidence managing files independently and communicating clearly with clients
* Current NSW practising certificate
* Someone who values flexibility, balance, and purposeful work
