About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified plumber to deliver and assess units within our Business and Marketing programs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining student learning programs, conducting assessments, and participating in marketing and promotion activities.
Duties:
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing, maintaining, and evaluating student learning programs, projects, and materials
* Conducting pre-training assessment reviews and assessment requirements connected to contract delivery
* Participating in marketing and promotion of courses through liaison with industry contacts and networks
* Assisting in quality assurance processes related to program administration, design, delivery, assessment, and evaluation of training materials
* Maintaining vocational currency through professional development relevant to teaching
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Appropriate post-secondary qualifications together with relevant and recent industrial experience
* Registration as a Plumber in the State of Victoria
* TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
* Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles, teaching methodologies, and commitment to learner-centred teaching
