They are currently seeking an Estimator to join their Perth team, supporting the Business Development Manager and Civil teams with tender preparation and submissions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end estimating process for tenders
* Analyse risks and opportunities within tender submissions
* Prepare cost estimates, bid summaries and pricing schedules
* Review tender drawings, specifications and documentation
* Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors
* Assist with tender submissions, budget pricing and EOIs
* Support tender reporting, forecasting and work planning
* Maintain awareness of current market pricing
About You
* Engineering, Construction or related tertiary qualification
* Experience in estimating within construction, civil or mining projects
* Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
* Experience with Expert Estimation software
* Microsoft Project competency
* ERP experience such as Pronto (desirable)
* Strong understanding of construction methods and project sequencing
