Store Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in the food section of our business. The successful applicant will drive sales growth, achieve sales targets and meet other Key Performance Indicators.
The key responsibilities of this role include driving sales growth, achieving sales targets, meeting other Key Performance Indicators, providing excellent customer service, inspiring and motivating team members, leading by example, ensuring operational success, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements, completing weekly reporting and audits for OHS requirements, completing monthly stock control reporting with stocktakes, facilitating efficient and successful operations, resolving day-to-day inefficiencies and issues, working closely with the Site Manager to achieve store goals through planning, efficient rostering and other cost control methods.
The ideal candidate will be available to work a rotating weekend on, off-roster, willing to lead by example and grow our team through a positive approach, willing to undertake a 'hands-on' customer service role within our restaurant, assist in recruitment and training of new employees, possess at least 2 years' experience in food or retail store leadership role, have intermediate computer skills with such programs as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, willing to undergo computer skills testing if required, have strong written and verbal communications across multiple layers of the organisation, have a driver's license and own vehicle.
