Key Responsibilities
* Greet, seat, and welcome guests with genuine hospitality.
* Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests and dietary needs.
* Serve food and drinks promptly and to presentation standards.
* Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
* Maintain clean, organised service areas, including clearing and resetting tables.
* Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service.
* Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
* Promote and upsell menu items, specials, and beverages.
* Respond to guest requests and provide helpful, attentive service.
* Follow all safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
* Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in a similar hospitality or customer service role.
* Availability to work early mornings and ability to prioritise AM shifts.
* Ability to stand for long periods and lift items as required.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing needs.
