Strategic Sales Operations Partner
Sydney-based opportunity to drive business growth and success with Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Sales Operations Lead.
You will partner with sales leaders to define, land, and execute against strategic priorities. Your technical skills, financial acumen, and analytical background will enable you to create efficiency, assess performance, and report results for our sales teams.
This role involves managing the rhythm of business activities, such as quarterly business reviews, reporting, and metrics. You will assist sales managers in evaluating and forecasting attainment against quotas, utilizing CRM tools to derive well-vetted analysis.
You will also be responsible for generating commission plans, managing territory definitions, account movements, and calculating commissions. Effective collaboration with internal end-users and cross-functional data teams is essential to solve problems, implement new reporting solutions, and deliver successfully against high standards.
